Bart J. Geraci, Ph.D.

Bart J. Geraci, Ph.D. is a Project Engineer with Model Software Corporation. Dr. Geraci graduated with a B.S. in Computer Science from Tulane University in 1984, a M.A. in Computer Science from University of Texas at Austin in 1988, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Tulane University in 1993. He has also done postdoctoral work at the University of Texas at Austin.

In 1997, Dr. Geraci was hired as an adjunct faculty member for the Department of Computer Science at Tulane University. He has published papers in many fields such as neural nets, database and VLSI design, programming language theory, and automated software synthesis.

Dr. Geraci has developed a variety of web-enabled database applications using many of the most popular web tools, languages and databases. He has conceived, designed, written, and maintained programs as large as 100,000 lines of code. His projects include application development for the AST, a major DoD planning & scheduling system, as well as FMD, an industrial integrity monitoring tool.
